1. Pricing
With our policy, you are assured of a competitive price with the convenience of making online reservations. Unless otherwise mentioned, the prices quoted on our website are charged per person, and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers.
2. Methods of payment
We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are expected to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be shown as a charge on your statement.
3. Confirmation of payment
Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Its print can serve as evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided the correct information pertaining to your tour requirements at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
A. Cancellation
Prior to booking any activity with Arabian Land Tourism, clients should read the cancellation policy of the activity.
Combo tours can be cancelled, but if anyone cancels any of the single tours in combo then they will not be able to avail combo offer, in this case Arabian Land Tourism will consider Individual tour price of non-cancelled tour & Refund remaining amount.
While booking combo please make sure that all combo tour options are available. If not, you can only enjoy the tours and services you see in the options.
B. No show.
If you fail to attend the tour, no refunds can be provided. The same condition applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, tickets or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours.
5. Cancellation procedures
Prior to cancelling, we recommend you carefully read the cancellation rules for your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, en sure that you make notification of cancellation to Arabian Land Tourism in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will contact you via e-mail, fax, or phone regarding confirmation of your cancellation and payment fee should be paid. Arabian Land Tourism cannot be held responsible for any cancellation not received from you or confirmed by us.
6. Itinerary amendments
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, and other factors. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however this will depend on their availability. We usually announce changes to the itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Arabian Land Tourism reserves the complete right to implement minor amendments in itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be made for major events, such as a flood or earthquake.
7. Travel insurance
Arabian Land Tourism shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as a result of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of a trip. It is advisable that travelers to avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.
8. Travel documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant to a particular tour. These documents include passport, valid driving license or ID card. This is especially relevant for guests from another country. No refunds can be issued for loss or lack of these required documents.
9. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on this website, including logos, images, information on tour packages, pricing details, and other relevant details, is proprietary to Arabian Land Tourism. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.
10. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Inclusion is mandatory and must include the following points (Applicable to website services).
Recommended statement is “(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Inclusion is mandatory and should have any of the below points.
